Design
- Specialty GP scleral lenses used for fitting keratoconus and other irregular corneas
- The Tru-Scleral design has a diameter range of 16-20mm, with a standard size of 18mm that is vented by radial channels cut into periphery
- Additional features include torics and bifocals
Candidates
- Patients after post refractive surgery
- Patients with PMD, Sattler's veil, keratoglobus, Steven-Johnson's syndrome or post trauma ocular surface disease
- When corneal lenses don't center
