The TruForm Pioneers – Frank & Jo

Frank Svochak Sr. founded TruForm Optics in 1976 with a simple vision: deliver the highest-quality custom gas permeable lenses through innovation and craftsmanship.
His wife, Naomi “Jo” Svochak, shared that drive and became a trailblazer herself— serving as the first woman President of the CLMA.

Together, Frank and Jo built more than a company:
they built a culture of family values, exacting standards, and patient-first service that continues to guide every lens we create.

Their son Jan Svochak carries the torch today as TruForm’s President, bringing decades of experience and having also served as CLMA President, ensuring the founding spirit of innovation and personal care remains central.
